The Sr. Partner Development Manager will drive and nurture relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners to strengthen collaboration and foster growth, focusing on joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, sales quotas, and marketing activities. Responsibilities include inspiring partners to scale their Snowflake practices, evaluating their capabilities, defining certification growth plans, and cultivating executive relationships. The role involves managing the partner lifecycle, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, coordinating co-marketing initiatives, assisting partners with the sales process and deal support, and monitoring partner performance against key metrics.
