A bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, or a technical 2-year degree with 2+ years of experience is required. Candidates must have 2+ years of functional experience. Familiarity with project management tools like P6 (Primavera) and MS Project is necessary, along with experience in customer service agreements, time and material billing, and component repair.
The Lead Service Manager will coordinate and oversee customer work, including sales, job design, execution, and follow-up. Responsibilities include planning jobs, providing instructions to crews, managing equipment, and directing service operators. The role involves ensuring flawless outage execution with a focus on safety and quality, meeting outage duration targets, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This includes managing all aspects of outage events from preparation to close-out, supporting outage scoping and risk analysis, ensuring proper documentation, responding promptly to forced outages, and coordinating fulfillment issues related to customer service agreements. The manager will also review business options for profitability and customer satisfaction, communicate with internal teams, and present technical information to senior leadership.
