Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in technical project management or operations roles, with experience in software product implementation or system migration projects. Familiarity with data integration products, SaaS platforms, CRM platforms, integration workflows, or data systems is required. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence, along with excellent communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, is essential. PMP, Agile, or comparable certification is preferred, as is experience in political, campaign, or advocacy organizations, and familiarity with NGP VAN and/or Pipeline Cloud/Classic platforms.

Responsibilities

The EA - Project Manager will lead project management for work streams related to Pipeline Cloud and Pipeline Classic, including technical conversions, workflow management, and system improvements. This role involves coordinating development and operational timelines for custom importers, maintaining the Pipeline Cloud data dictionary, and drafting/managing internal Statements of Work (SOWs). Responsibilities also include defining project scope, goals, and schedules, facilitating communication between various teams, maintaining project documentation, identifying and resolving blockers, and supporting post-project reviews and continuous improvement practices.
