Responsibilities

• Work closely with business partners to translate business requirements into IT technical requirements.
• Convert IT technical requirements into solution design, implement, test, and deliver the solutions.
• Engage in close cooperation with offshore team leaders and teams to deliver high-quality, standards-based, and prioritized delivery items.
• Develop, maintain, and support solutions delivered to Production.
• Inspect and verify the quality of releases before delivery.
• Provide recommendations within IT and to the business on solutions.
• Be responsible for the architecture, design, field mapping, and system documentation.
• Support solution deployments, execute testing, and provide training to key users.
• Be self-organized and cross-functional, reporting the progress of Sprints to the Manager and the onsite team.
• Be accountable for the solution design of the IT Service, aligned with Solution Architecture and IT Service Owner.

Requirements

• 7+ years of application integrations development as well as migration experience required.
• Proven integration skills in Rest API, JSON, XML, Webservices, and related technologies.
• 4+ years of solid hands-on experience, as well as design and practical application of API-led methodology over Mulesoft version 4.x, MuleSoft ESB, Cloudhub, Cloudhub 2.0, and Anypoint platform.
• 4+ years of API and web services development experience and implementing different Integration patterns using MuleSoft.
• Proven experience in using CI/CD with Cloudhub and Anypoint platform to manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle.
• Experience in integrating applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, Coupa, etc.
• Experience with writing SQL queries is a must.
• Experience with platforms like Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience with implementing AI solutions and agentic workflows using Mulesoft features like MCP Connector, AI Chain, or any other AI platform like Salesforce AgentForce, Google Agentspace, etc., is a plus.
• iPaaS experience with multiple integration platforms or ETL experience is a huge plus.
• Ready to do POCs and work in an agile environment with a deep hunger to understand integrations with SaaS applications.
• Experience in working with Agile methodology.
