Requirements

  • Proven enterprise seller with experience selling OneStream (required)
  • Consistently achieved or exceeded $2M+ annual quotas in consulting and implementation services
  • Deep knowledge of the accounting close, consolidation, planning, and budgeting processes preferred
  • Comfortable engaging with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and IT stakeholders, bridging the language between finance and technology
  • Relationship-driven with the ability to build trusted partnerships, while also excelling in a “hunter” role to create and convert new opportunities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience leading client presentations, delivering demos, and representing the firm at speaking engagements, conferences, or industry events
  • Preferred but not required: Experience selling similar platforms (Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full business development lifecycle for OneStream services, from prospecting to closing multi-million-dollar consulting and implementation engagements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities through partnerships with OneStream sellers, targeted client outreach, and expansion within existing relationships
  • Focus primarily on corporate clients ($1B+ in revenue) and upper middle-market, PE-backed companies
  • Serve as the relationship manager for new engagements, ensuring a seamless transition to Riveron’s delivery teams
  • Collaborate with solution architects and practitioners to create tailored proposals, demos, and statements of work
  • Contribute to the ongoing go-to-market strategy for Riveron’s OneStream practice, sharing insights on client needs, competitive positioning, and market opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth with the support of a dedicated team, while having the autonomy to shape and execute your sales approach
