A proven ability to execute land and expand sales strategies and at least 7 years of experience in third-line management leading strategic software teams, including 10+ years in the software industry with recent enterprise SaaS experience, are required. Experience engaging and developing value-based relationships with Global 2000 C-level executives is also necessary.
The Vice President, North America-Strategic Accounts will develop and lead the Strategic Accounts segment to accelerate growth across defined Global 2000 accounts. This role involves refining sales strategy, expanding executive relationships, incorporating customer outcomes, and selling high-value solutions. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing an enterprise SaaS sales team, driving sales objectives, increasing senior executive relationships, building cross-functional trust, developing pricing and packaging, executing sales management disciplines, coaching sales teams on solution-based selling, and ensuring the disciplined use of sales tools like MEDDICC, Chorus, Highspot, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, and ZoomInfo.
