Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a strong preference for experience in high-growth SaaS or AI companies, and an investment banking background is a plus. Expertise in modern planning tools such as Runway, Pigment, Mosaic, or Anaplan, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, is required. A solid understanding of accounting principles and their impact on financial planning and reporting is essential, complemented by proven experience supporting go-to-market teams and headcount-intensive functions. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop talent while scaling processes.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, FP&A will act as a strategic partner to executive team members, driving functional plans to support company growth. Responsibilities include leading the annual and quarterly budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning, while delivering accurate and insightful projections. The role involves producing monthly/quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and executive read-outs, partnering with functional leaders on workforce planning, and serving as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and G&A leaders. Additionally, the Senior Director will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth efficiency, margin expansion, and capital allocation, build financial models for pricing, product investment, go-to-market strategies, fundraising, and M&A, and mentor FP&A staff while establishing best-in-class processes and tools.
