Responsibilities

Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft und Funktionsfähigkeit aller technischen Einrichtungen
Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen und technischen Problemen
Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inspektionen und vorbeugenden Wartungsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen und Maschinen
Betreuung und Überwachung von UVV-Prüfungen
Einhalten aller geltenden Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Wartungsberichten
Betreuung und Überwachung der werksinternen Abwasseranlage
