Requirements

Candidates should have 1-5 years of related experience in project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business. Experience in IT/OT/IoT, understanding of API integrations, and customer management are required. A strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for lifelong learning are essential. Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, Building Information Management, or Enterprise Asset Management systems is a plus. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite client work.

Responsibilities

The HVAC/Building Control Engineer will translate customer data sets into accurate and scalable virtual models, actioning business goals into digital representations for simulations and analyses. They will build strong customer relationships to showcase features and ensure value realization, updating and maintaining digital twins to reflect real-time changes. Responsibilities include deploying connectors to enrich the Willow Application and Building Management Systems, enabling new features, and ensuring data compatibility with IoT systems. The role involves identifying and resolving discrepancies between customer data and physical assets, and supporting the integration of BIM data into Digital Twin systems.
