Requirements

  • 2+ years of User Support (EUC), image loading, printer configuration, and computer repair
  • 1+ year of Network support (switches, routers), knowledge of console and structured cabling
  • Basic knowledge of HP servers, iLO, and Dell management
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Network Troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Server Administration (HP, Dell)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with IT tools and technologies
  • Advanced English conversational fluency (essential, will be assessed)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
  • Ability to travel domestically and potentially internationally

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 3 technical support across EUC, Network, and Server environments
  • Support both internal and external GSB clients
  • Travel to client locations as needed (domestically and potentially internationally)
  • Provide remote technical support
  • Assist with issues reported through the help desk
  • Adhere to GSB policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain the company’s physical assets when necessary
  • Monitor company chats and provide support as needed
  • Work in a hybrid environment – Home Office and on-site client support
