5+ years supporting enterprise customers with a confident, calm approach
3+ years experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Top-tier customer experiences with stellar written and verbal communication
Cross-functional collaboration with teams across Engineering, Customer Success, and more
Comfortable with DevOps tools: CI/CD, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, open source

Responsibilities

Triage, investigate, manage, and resolve complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
Escalate issues to the Engineering team when necessary
Communicate effectively with customers to meet SLAs and exceed expectations
Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
Document new issues and contribute to the Knowledge Base
Prioritize queue, drive clear communication, and proactively resolve issues
Report bugs, feature requests, and issues to Engineering and GTM teams
Continuously learn, share knowledge, and mentor others
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support
