Requirements

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and support large-scale customer deployments in public and private clouds
Technical expertise across all phases of Portworx deployment for key customers
Proficiency in owning and tracking customer issues using a ticket tracking system
Capability to answer and resolve support cases across all severity levels
Experience working with customers and partners to understand and troubleshoot deployments, application workflows, and workloads through multiple layers of the software stack
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to analyze logs, reproduce issues, and develop resolution strategies
Strong proactive and clear communication skills internally and externally
Participation in pre-sales calls, customer installations during POC, and production environments
Skill in sharing and documenting knowledge via FAQ/KB articles (internal or customer-facing)

Responsibilities
