  • Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and balanced workplace environment
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, or other related technical fields
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Communications or Systems Quality Environment
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours while being located in Bangalore, India

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review and validate final marketing initiatives and assets across print and digital channels (web, email, social, digital ads) to ensure compliance with global quality, brand, and consistency standards
  • Supervise live campaigns and flag any post-launch discrepancies or issues
  • Ensure all content meets expectations of final asset
  • Provide clear feedback to peers to facilitate continuous process improvement within the department
  • Document and report QA findings clearly with detailed screenshots and issue descriptions to original authors
  • Check for spelling, grammar, formatting, and template accuracy across all deliverables
  • Perform functional testing on interactive digital assets (landing pages, forms, banners, etc.)
  • Work closely with development, project management, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and standards
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in quality assurance and testing
  • Use a range of quality testing tools to guarantee deliverables meet high-quality standards, align with requirements, and offer a professional experience for internal collaborators and external customers
  • Provide support for defects within in-house web platforms and related environments, including clear documentation and assistance during support blocking issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate issues and contribute to potential resolutions when possible
  • Monitor, identify and fix broken links through Site Improve or similar toolset
  • Audit marketing websites for quality including flagging expired or out-of-date content and notifying content or related team
