Requirements

Strong experience with React and Next.js, and familiarity with TypeScript
Comfortable working in Node.js and Python, especially for API integration or backend logic
Experience with A/B testing frameworks, analytics tools, or SEO optimization (Nice to have)
Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices (Nice to have)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Vercel, or other modern workflows (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

Implement and launch new landing pages that tell the ElevenLabs story and convert visitors into users
Collaborate with designers to translate Figma prototypes into fast, accessible, and delightful experiences
Work on growth engineering projects - run A/B tests, optimize performance, and improve conversion across the funnel
Partner with product teams to create interactive demo experiences that showcase ElevenLabs’ technology
Own the full stack - from building React/Next.js components and APIs to integrating with backend services
Take end-to-end ownership of features: from scoping and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring
