Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related role. They should be familiar with web applications, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and DevOps workflows, and possess knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools like Jira. A basic understanding of automated testing principles and strong attention to detail are essential. All applicants must be a U.S. Person due to involvement in GovCloud.
The QA Analyst will execute manual and automated tests for Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) web applications, SDKs, and integrations, including testing workflows in cloud environments and infrastructure-as-code scenarios. They will collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases, report and track defects using tools like Jira, and support automation testing initiatives. Additionally, they will validate security controls and compliance measures, and contribute to improving QA processes and product reliability.
