The Manager, QA Operations will execute the QA vision, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals. They will implement standardized QA frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes, and serve as the primary escalation point for quality disputes. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of QA leaders and auditors, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and translating quality trends into actionable insights. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a change agent for process innovation, and serve as the business owner for quality management tools like MaestroQA.
