Requirements

College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, metal processing, Tooling Design & Manufacture, or a related engineering field
5+ years of working experience in CNC machining, plastic tooling industry, or in OEM, CM for hardware manufacturing. Project management experience is a plus
Good understanding of 2D/3D drawings, basic Tolerance/GD&T symbols
Strong sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to own and manage delivery schedules across tight deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
Experience working in multicultural environments
Strong troubleshooting skills using structured tools like 8D/5W etc
Good understanding in quality management, sourcing, and logistics management

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners to ensure project success
Develop project plans merging customer requirements with Fictiv goals, drive and control program progress, and manage resource availability
Lead the team and manufacturing partner to create and execute recovery plans when programs are at risk or off track
Bridge global cooperation between Fictiv teams and manufacturing partners, requiring strong and flexible communication skills
Lead Fictiv and manufacturing partners on program risk evaluation, mitigation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time order delivery
Evaluate and implement post-sale change requests while mitigating associated risks
Coordinate technical solutions with SQE for manufacturing partner issues, requiring strong problem-solving skills
Continuously monitor program progress and report on measurable items
Identify areas for improvement in the platform, procedures, or processes
