Requirements

The Technical Implementation Manager should be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and technical acumen. They must be adept at navigating internal and external teams, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and making confident decisions with incomplete information. A deep understanding of operational processes, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. Experience supporting direct customer implementations is also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Implementation Manager will drive customer platform configurations, including new customer setups, relaunches, upsells, and changes, as well as manage the associated QA process. They will support eligibility file setup and changes for new and existing customers, including file specification review, development, delivery, testing, and ingestion configuration. This role involves remediating census failures through root cause analysis, customer communication, testing fixes, and coordinating cross-functional validation. Additionally, they will support non-automated eligibility deactivation processing and participate in ad hoc cross-functional initiatives related to platform configurations, eligibility processes, and SSO. The manager will also serve as the main technical resource for customers and their vendor partners regarding platform configuration and eligibility file management.
