They will become a product expert for Enterprise customers, ensuring they fully understand and utilize the Hightouch platform, and will strive to understand customer requirements and issues at a molecular level, uncovering use cases and navigating to efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Architect, the role involves overseeing the customer journey, becoming a product expert for Enterprise customers, understanding customer requirements, delivering timely onboarding, ensuring customers see the full value of Hightouch products, providing proactive technical guidance, collaborating with Sales to increase adoption, guiding customers into their ideal future state, and serving as a critical member of the Customer Success team for retention and expansion of Enterprise customers.
