As a Technical Architect, you will lead new customer onboarding, ensuring technical readiness for product deployment and network configuration; provide expert guidance on software deployment best practices; engage in detailed discussions regarding architecture setups; serve as a principal technical advisor and advocate for key accounts; collaborate closely with the Account team; drive strategic technical direction; act as a liaison between customers, WalkMe’s Product teams, and technical support; and participate in resolving high-severity cases as a product expert and advocate.
