Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts, managing the entire lifecycle engagement and adoption acceleration from presales to delivery. They will be responsible for technical health and risk management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management across sales, product management, and engineering teams, while also providing sales enablement and growth support. This role involves building deep and wide technical and science senior relationships, understanding customer scientific data and AI architecture, driving adoption and success plan execution, conducting regular technical reviews, identifying risks, and recommending optimizations. The TAM will also lead technical strategy for expansions, support POCs and co-innovation, manage the resolution of escalated issues, and showcase tailored demonstrations to prospects.
