Pre-Sales Architect

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role or a similar customer-facing technical role within a B2B AI/ML environment, holding a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field. They must have delivered prototypes or products based on Generative AI or traditional ML-based solutions, along with experience in LLM tuning, including an understanding of potential risks, operational challenges, and deployment complexities. Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integrations is also required, alongside a track record of successfully driving technical sales cycles with enterprise customers.
The Founding Sales Engineer will own technical demonstrations by creating and delivering compelling product demos tailored to diverse audiences, lead proof-of-concept (POC) deployments by designing and implementing them to validate the platform’s value and ensure compliance, guide technical evaluations by working with customers through assessments and security reviews, collaborate internally with sales, product, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and influence product development, build technical assets such as demo environments and documentation, support onboarding and implementation by assisting customers with software configuration and go-live processes, identify new use cases by collaborating with customers to discover additional value areas, and provide expertise in LLM tuning by working with engineering and AI teams to refine and optimize large language models while addressing risks and inefficiencies.
