The ideal candidate is highly technical, capable of solving customer problems independently, and adept at identifying and prioritizing inbound customers that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). They must also excel at nurturing long-term customer relationships and driving multi-product adoption.
The Technical Account Manager will focus on helping customers who match the ICP, driving multi-product adoption by introducing new PostHog tools as they are developed, and maintaining long-term customer relationships beyond the initial sale.
