The Senior Solutions Engineer will help take the pre-sales organization to the next level by supporting sales teams in understanding customer needs and communicating the value of Sourcegraph. Responsibilities include leading early-stage customer conversations, advocating for customers by providing feedback to internal teams, identifying opportunities to propose and deliver solutions, and mentoring teammates. The role involves establishing thought leadership and evangelizing the product to prospective customers.
