The Technical Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for key clients, supporting them during pre-sales, onboarding new merchants, and resolving escalated technical support issues; they will manage onboarding processes, handle urgent support issues, generate documentation, monitor key performance metrics, prepare and present reports during Quarterly Business Reviews, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
