The Technical Operations Manager will own the operational health, performance, and reliability of the Zendesk platform and its interconnected systems, including vendor integrations and custom applications. They will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Zendesk Administrators and developers, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and ensuring the seamless functioning of the Zendesk ecosystem. Additionally, the role involves overseeing integrations, monitoring deployment and reliability of custom applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
