Requirements

Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, organizational effectiveness, or program management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or senior program role. A proven track record of designing and managing large-scale learning or organizational change programs is required, along with experience leading creative teams and working with instructional designers. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, influencing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and change management principles. A strategic mindset is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Lead, Organizational Effectiveness will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess needs and define learning objectives that support organizational goals and enhance member experience. This role involves developing multi-year program roadmaps, leading the design and development of high-impact learning solutions, campaigns, and engagement strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end management of L&D initiatives. Responsibilities include directing and mentoring a Learning Designer, coordinating cross-functional resources for timely program delivery, and ensuring programs are integrated into broader organizational change efforts. Additionally, the position requires establishing success metrics, leveraging data for continuous improvement, and staying informed on L&D trends.
