Requirements

  • Experience in talent management, training & development, culture blending, succession planning, career and transition planning, organization learning, scholarship and internship programs
  • Ability to create assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups
  • Skills in designing and delivering talent interventions such as development and retention programs
  • Expertise in designing succession plans and contingency frameworks for business-critical roles
  • Capability to work with partner organizations/management team to identify external talent pools
  • Proficiency in reviewing workforce planning data to inform talent strategy
  • Ability to evaluate the success of talent programs
  • Experience in designing training plans and organizing through various learning channels (e.g., e-learning, internal training, knowledge sharing)
  • Knowledge of ensuring Global HR systems, policies, and practices are developed, implemented, and communicated
  • Familiarity with managing Career Development Program, E-Learning, Onboarding, Off-boarding
  • Understanding of labor law, international labor standards on migrant workers, and customer code of conduct compliance

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop employee potential to satisfy and retain them in the firm
  • Manage Career Development Program
  • Create assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups
  • Design and deliver talent interventions such as development and retention programs
  • Design succession plans and contingency frameworks for business-critical roles
  • Work with partner organizations/management to identify external talent pools
  • Review workforce planning data to feed into talent strategy
  • Evaluate the success of talent programs
  • Design training plans and organize through various learning channels (e.g., e-learning, internal training, knowledge sharing)
  • Ensure Global HR systems, policies, and practices are developed, implemented, effectively communicated, and in line with guidelines, labor law, international standards, and compliance
