Requirements

  • 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders, advising on best practices and building trust
  • Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand
  • Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive recruitment for multiple business and tech roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Guide and advise hiring managers, developing tailored hiring strategies while promoting best practices and diversity hiring
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a positive, authentic, and inclusive candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to showcase our unique culture and values, helping Spendesk stand out to top talent
  • Process Optimization: Implement and improve more efficient recruitment processes, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency and quality
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team and leadership
  • DE&I Initiatives: Actively contribute to our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts, ensuring an equitable recruitment process for all candidates
