Requirements

3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills
Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders, advising on best practices and building trust
Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand
Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive recruitment for multiple business and tech roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes
Stakeholder Partnership: Guide and advise hiring managers, developing tailored hiring strategies while promoting best practices and diversity hiring
Candidate Experience: Champion a positive, authentic, and inclusive candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to showcase our unique culture and values, helping Spendesk stand out to top talent
Process Optimization: Implement and improve more efficient recruitment processes, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency and quality
Market Intelligence: Stay on top of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team and leadership
DE&I Initiatives: Actively contribute to our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts, ensuring an equitable recruitment process for all candidates
