Requirements

The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver with excellent customer service skills, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to grow within the clinical operations team. Experience in troubleshooting support escalations related to digital products, sensors, or services is required. Familiarity with ticketing systems and contributing to resource development like FAQs and videos is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Member Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for member and care team inquiries, handling support escalations and questions via phone, email, or chat. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation of all support activities, collaborating with various internal teams (Product, Sales, Clinical, Customer Experience) to enhance customer experience and achieve high NPS, and ensuring timely follow-up on support cases to meet SLAs. The role also involves working with third-party vendors to resolve healthcare device issues, troubleshooting and escalating support issues to appropriate stakeholders, and utilizing and contributing to the development of support resources.
