Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies are essential. Experience with SAP and cross-functional team collaboration is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Saudi Arabia Supply Chain Manager, you will partner with affiliate leadership to drive sales, growth, and margin improvement, developing and implementing country-specific supply chain strategies. You will be responsible for implementing supply chain planning policies, driving supply chain effectiveness, and contributing to Biosimilars localization projects. This role involves monitoring stock levels, optimizing monthly supply replenishment, leading supply reviews, managing backorders, coordinating with the RA department, and ensuring timely deliveries under strict authorities. Additionally, you will manage distressed inventory and collaborate with commercial, demand, and finance teams.
