Strong experience with NetSuite Financials and Supply Chain modules, including WMS, Smart Count, Procurement, and Serial/Lot Inventory Management is required. Hands-on experience with OOP languages like Java or Python, proficiency in NetSuite integration tools, and a strong understanding of SQL and database management are essential. Experience in compliance-driven environments (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) and familiarity with version control systems (.git, sdf) are also required.

The role involves optimizing business processes using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript, ensuring compliance and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities also include developing and enforcing coding standards, mentoring junior developers, and staying updated with NetSuite releases and industry trends.
