Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical/business field, with at least 5 years of experience in demand modeling and statistical forecasting methods. Anaplan modeling experience is strongly preferred, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and possess creative and analytical thinking skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

The Demand Planning Modeler will optimize the statistical forecast modeling process in Anaplan to improve forecast accuracy and minimize manual adjustments. Responsibilities include incorporating key demand drivers into the model, developing tools for better analytics, enhancing Anaplan capabilities for product lifecycle management, establishing a Forecast Value Add (FVA) process, and assisting in translating the demand plan for downstream processes. The role also involves providing deep analytics for S&OP and Weekly Business Reviews.
