Requirements

Candidates must have over 3 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, either as a planner or implementer, with direct experience using or configuring Kinaxis modules like Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Planning. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field is required, along with a deep understanding of core supply chain disciplines such as Supply Planning, MRP, Demand Planning, Forecasting, or SIOP/S&OP. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously across international teams and translate complex planning solutions into clear business language is essential. Familiarity with leading ERP platforms is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will support Kinaxis Supply Planning implementation activities, including requirements gathering, process standardization, configuration, testing, and deployment. They will act as a trusted advisor and adoption advocate, showcasing Kinaxis standard processes and articulating business value for DRP and Demand Planning phases. Responsibilities include translating manual processes into standardized Kinaxis workflows, collaborating with multi-functional stakeholders, supporting user training and documentation, contributing to data readiness reviews and Maestro workbook configurations, and validating integrations. The role also involves identifying and fixing process and data-related issues, applying robust problem-solving skills, and suggesting continuous improvements using standard methodologies.
