Candidates must have a background with revenue and growth-driving teams, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, B2B sales, account management, consulting, leadership, or similar customer-facing roles. Proven ability to manage an account portfolio, build customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions meeting KPIs is essential. A technology enthusiast with strong empathic leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate, and experience with online marketplace services are required. Salesforce or similar CRM experience and the ability to quickly learn and incorporate industry jargon are also necessary.
Oversee a team of 8-10 Success Associates, driving revenue goals and ensuring pro satisfaction and usage while minimizing churn. Advocate for the team and the growth of pro requests, managing relationships with top pros to drive long-term retention and growth. Coach the team to understand pro project goals, needs, and challenges to help them extract full value from the Thumbtack experience. Create moments of recognition for pros, provide education and clear communication, and act as a product feedback bridge between customers, pros, and internal product teams. Leverage a revenue and sales-focused experience for agents to drive company goals.
