Signifyd is seeking a Strategic E-commerce Partner to build the intelligence layer that powers the next era of e-commerce. This is an opportunity to architect game-changing strategies and see them come to life with the top 200 online retailers. You won't be a typical salesperson; you'll be a strategic deal architect, a C-level whisperer, and a market visionary. The goal is to become the "McKinsey of Retail" by crafting bespoke strategies, navigating complex organizations, and driving 7-figure+ deals. You will also shape the future of the product by translating real-world challenges into actionable feedback.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build deep, trusted relationships with executives (CFOs, CMOs, CDOs, etc.)
  • Experience navigating complex organizations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to operate at the highest executive levels
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed team environment
  • Experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or Big Law is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute the vision, framework, and strategy to acquire and grow new strategic customers.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for prospects, providing education, engaging content, and thought leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making to design and implement a partnership model for Signifyd.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate winning partnerships and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop creative strategies and storytelling to drive engagement and win new business.
