Wpromote is seeking a Creative Manager/Strategist, Performance Creative, to join a dynamic team serving over 20 clients, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media, a keen creative eye, and a desire to advance a career in digital marketing.
In this role, you will be a blend of strategist, collaborator, manager, operator, and performance marketer. You will manage a portfolio of clients, guiding the development, testing, scaling, and systematization of their creative assets for the current dynamic environment. A strong understanding of performance creative and campaign conversion strategies is essential, as is a forward-thinking approach that embraces innovation, particularly in leveraging AI tools to enhance creative development in partnership with human expertise. Salary & Benefits
- Anticipated Annual Salary: $72,500 - $85,000. This range is based on factors such as skill set, experience, education, certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, and geographic location.
- Pay Range Adjustments: Pay ranges are subject to change and are determined by third-party salary benchmark surveys for similar roles. Individual compensation within the range will vary based on skills, experience, and budget.
- Total Compensation: Includes benefits.

- Office Hubs: We have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, offering opportunities for in-person learning, development, events, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop performance-centric integrated creative campaigns for mid-tier clients, adapting brand identity and guidelines into audience-specific messaging aligned with channel best practices.
- Support client relationships by communicating effectively and building confidence through clear and timely responses.
- Collaborate on monthly briefs with the design team, facilitating client buy-in on concepts and strategy for static and video asset libraries for media buyer testing.
- Assist in managing monthly client creative budgets to ensure optimal allocation towards performance-driving assets.
- Contribute to creative strategy development for new business prospects under senior team guidance.
- Review performance data and apply learnings to inform future campaign execution with support from senior colleagues.
- Participate in the development of testing roadmaps, ensuring iterations are data-driven and logical.
- Manage creative production timelines to ensure timely client deliverables.
- Stay current on emerging formats, channels, and growth opportunities to contribute to compelling brand-response campaigns.
- Support creative needs across Paid Social, Programmatic, YouTube, and Display.
