Requirements

5+ years of professional experience (consulting, product management, strategy, or similar fields)
Strong understanding of enterprise contracting and sales processes, with the ability to navigate them without being a “traditional salesperson.”
Track record of operating in high-stakes, fast-paced environments where precision and adaptability matter
Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly earn trust, communicate with clarity, and effectively manage relationships at all levels
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex priorities and execute with rigor
Passion for technology, with exposure to AI/LLMs preferred
Open to travel as needed
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, combine sharp intellect with emotional intelligence, and have a history of undertaking challenging or unusual tasks
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration 3 days a week in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

Partner with Strategic Advisors, shaping proposals, guiding contracting processes, and supporting deal closure
Work closely with delivery teams to scope opportunities, align on success metrics, and ensure projects deliver measurable impact
Serve as a connective tissue across Distyl teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and coordinated execution
Manage complex workstreams with enterprise clients, balancing multiple initiatives without losing focus on outcomes
Represent Distyl with executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships that last
Bring curiosity and insight to AI and LLM applications, helping translate technology into business value
Be a force multiplier for the company’s growth by leaning into bottlenecks
