Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or business operations
  • Ideally within ecommerce or marketplaces, with subsequent in-house strategy or operations roles preferred
  • A deep understanding of eCommerce, marketplaces, or collectibles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience developing executive-level recommendations based on analysis
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations for senior leadership
  • Bias for action with a track record of getting results; end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives
  • High EQ and experience with C-level presentation, advocacy, and influence
  • Marketplace/TCG passion or expertise (knowledge of TCGs/community)

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects that drive growth, efficiency, and customer impact
  • Lead analysis (including creating financial models) to quantify opportunities and tradeoffs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations and executive-ready presentations that guide company decisions
  • Partner with product, operations, finance, and other teams to bring strategies to life
  • Support annual and long-term planning by informing company goals and priorities
