Requirements

Candidates must have experience developing quantitative ROI business cases for digital transformation initiatives or technological investments, along with healthcare marketing analytics experience to prove incremental financial value of marketing campaigns or patient outcomes. Familiarity with technological enablers of digital transformation, such as Content Management Systems, Customer Data Platforms, Campaign/Journey systems, and Analytics systems is required. Strong knowledge and experience in health insurance, healthcare provider, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or biotech industries, and Adobe’s Experience Cloud products are essential, coupled with expert client-facing communication skills and strong project management, financial analysis, and business research abilities.

Responsibilities

The Senior Value Consultant will lead client engagements on large deals, creating bespoke business cases by securing C-level client buy-in and orchestrating collaboration with internal Adobe teams. They will also develop self-service value tools and assets, enable sales and solution consultants on value demonstration, and generate value-specific thought leadership. Additionally, the role involves aligning with sales leaders on deal prioritization, coaching sellers on product value propositions, identifying opportunities to scale value demonstration, and collaborating with post-sales teams to track value realized for top accounts.
