Requirements

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of technology and its role in driving digital transformation, along with a deep knowledge of digital marketing and emerging trends such as Agentic AI. Essential skills include the ability to identify critical customer business issues and propose solutions, exceptional presentation and conversational skills, and experience acting as a trusted advisor. Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders (CMO, CIO, VP-level) to uncover strategic business objectives and align technical solutions is required. Expertise in leading complex, large sales plays from discovery through technical win, acting as the technical authority, is necessary. Experience in building and communicating use cases and value propositions, strong demonstration and value-selling experience, and the ability to craft end-to-end user experiences by combining content, web journeys, personalized experiences, and marketing automation are also key. The ideal candidate will have a blended technical and digital marketing background, a good eye for presentation, and the confidence to discuss solutions and technology with marketing and IT partners at all levels. They should be self-motivated with a strong aim to succeed in a highly dynamic environment, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and maintain an understanding of competitors and their solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise accounts, understanding their business landscape and objectives. You will demonstrate and articulate the value of Adobe solutions, showing how they optimize digital strategies and solve business challenges. Your role involves providing advice on digital change, helping customers leverage the Adobe Experience Cloud to strengthen their brand and grow their business, and identifying value between Adobe Creative and Document Cloud. You will collaborate with and support the Sales organization, working closely with wider Technical, Consulting, and Customer Success teams as a core member of the Pre-Sales team. You will also develop and maintain an authoritative understanding of digital technologies and marketing trends, and provide creative and strategic content/input for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
