Candidates should have consulting experience at a leading strategy or consulting firm, experience working for a leading telecommunications company, and working knowledge of how technology drives transformation change. Experience in a customer-facing role selling and delivering consulting services is also required, along with financial acumen and expertise in strategic consulting. Senior leadership experience in the Technology industry is preferred.
The Principal Strategist will identify, calculate, and develop value narratives for strategic customers, demonstrating how ServiceNow's solutions impact their P&L. They will serve as the main point of contact for sales teams, connect with senior stakeholders, and enhance messaging with financial acumen and an industry-based lens. Responsibilities include developing industry-relevant value strategies, driving pipeline generation and expansion through value infusion and analysis, and designing value KPIs for use cases and key processes.
