Candidates must have over 10 years of sales experience, with 3-4 years specifically selling to strategic customers. Fluency in French is required. Domain experience in compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms (Github, Gitlab, Jenkins), or the overall SDLC is mandatory. A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, the ability to quickly learn new products and processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to travel are also essential. Desired qualifications include SaaS or developer tools sales experience, startup experience, strong sales aptitude, tech-savvy business acumen, and the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
The Strategic Account Executive will define and execute sales plans for their assigned territory, conveying the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers. They will be responsible for forecasting, meeting, and exceeding quota, developing and managing the lead funnel through both inbound and outbound efforts, and tracking business and opportunities using CRM tools. Collaboration on and improvement of all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering, is expected. Additionally, understanding the competitive market and familiarizing oneself with competing companies and their offerings is a key responsibility.
