Candidates should possess direct experience working for Google Cloud or a Google Cloud enablement partner, along with experience building and managing a sales region for a high-growth technology company. They must also demonstrate the ability to build and grow executive relationships with strategic customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner, as well as experience with large, complex commercial and legal discussions, working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
The Sales Director will be responsible for strategy, execution, and assembling a team aligning the Zencore offerings with business and technology initiatives, partnering with the Google Cloud Select and Enterprise sales teams to drive revenue into strategic accounts. They will also focus on monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, and remove uncertainty and risk by clearly outlining the process of cloud migration for customers, accelerating timelines and exposing “unknown unknowns.”
