Candidates should have experience selling Agentic related technology solutions, including Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, and Agent Identity Security offerings, into large strategic accounts. Experience selling across IT stakeholders, ideally combining Identity or cybersecurity experience with agentic technologies and/or data architecture or governance technologies is required. The position demands an Account Executive who is curious, can synthesize information rapidly, is a consultative seller understanding business value and technology solutions, and knows how to work across various IT personas, including experience in Cybersecurity/Identity applications and modern Cloud technologies/architectures. They should be able to develop strong relationships at all levels, scale by empowering other Account resources, utilize analytical tools and complex data, and have worked as a specialist sales executive in a dynamic team-based matrix selling environment. Demonstrating expertise in presenting the value of Agentic Technology solutions, competitively positioning them, and developing territory and opportunity plans are also essential.
The Strategic Account Executive will focus on selling Agentic related technology solutions into the largest and most complex strategic accounts, driving the adoption of these innovative solutions. They will provide a superior customer experience from the first discovery call, leveraging skills in competitively positioning solutions and a broader value proposition. Responsibilities include developing territory and opportunity plans, building internal programs and enablement to help scale the sales organization around the Agentic product set, and working closely with the leadership team to refine ideas and optimize sales strategies. The role also involves exceeding revenue quota goals quarterly and yearly, addressing customer and partner inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions, and strategically engaging with customers and business partners to maintain a high level of customer service. Collaboration with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with partners and end users is also part of the role.
