Director, Identity Security Professional Services

Position Overview

Saviynt is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead and drive growth within its Identity Security Professional Services practice. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer project outcomes, fostering trusted advisor relationships, and ensuring the operational excellence and strategic alignment of the identity security practice. The Director will be responsible for managing critical consulting metrics such as utilization, profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and broader Identity Security domain.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and deliver customer projects within the Identity Security practice, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Solution Design: Understand business context and lead the solution design for complex identity security implementations.
• Technology & Architecture: Drive technology choices and decisions, focusing on identity security architectural principles and promoting best practices. Ensure projects adhere to approved architectural standards.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership across the SDLC for identity security projects, including system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Innovation: Bring a fresh perspective and generate new ideas/approaches for identity security challenges.
• Process & Operations: Facilitate the development process and operations for identity security solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify setbacks and shortcomings in identity security implementations and propose effective solutions.
• Standards & Guidance: Define and enforce architecture standards and guidelines for identity security solutions, and guide implementation teams on best practices.
• Practice Development: Contribute to practice development tasks, including training and Statement of Work (SOW) validation for engagements.
• Consulting Metrics: Manage key consulting metrics including utilization, profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Significant leadership experience working within or running an Identity Security practice, with a deep understanding of operational nuances, strategic development, and service delivery.
• IAM Expertise: Strong working experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, with a minimum of three end-to-end IAM project deliveries within an identity security practice context.
• Consulting Management: 3-5 years of consulting management experience leading people, supporting customer satisfaction, and understanding key consulting business metrics.
• People Management: Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong background in people management within a technical or consulting environment.
• Professional Services Growth: Demonstrated success in building and scaling Professional Services functions, preferably with a focus on identity security.
• Project Management: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Microservices Architecture: Strong working experience on microservices architecture.
• Enterprise Solutions: Strong experience leveraging design, architecture, and integration patterns for complex enterprise solutions.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing effectively.
