The candidate must have significant leadership experience in an Identity Security practice, with a deep understanding of its operational nuances, strategic development, and service delivery. A minimum of three end-to-end IAM project deliveries within an identity security practice context is required, along with 3-5 years of consulting management experience leading people and understanding key consulting business metrics. Proven success in building and scaling Professional Services functions, ideally with a focus on identity security, is necessary, as is in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, strong working experience on microservices architecture, and strong experience leveraging design, architecture, and integration patterns for complex enterprise solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
The Director will lead and deliver customer projects within the Identity Security practice, ensuring exceptional outcomes and fostering trusted advisor relationships with clients. Responsibilities include driving leadership, vision, and strategic growth for Saviynt's Identity Security Professional Services, managing critical consulting metrics such as utilization, profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and broader Identity Security domain. Key duties involve understanding business context, leading solution design for complex identity security implementations, making technology choices, promoting architectural and development best practices, ensuring projects adhere to approved architectural standards, leading design reviews, and providing technical leadership throughout the SDLC. The role also includes facilitating the development process and operations for identity security solutions, identifying and proposing solutions for setbacks in implementations, defining and enforcing architecture standards and guidelines, guiding the implementation team on best practices, and contributing to practice development tasks such as training and Statement of Work (SOW) validation.
