Candidates should possess a PhD in computer science or a related field, or equivalent industry research experience. Strong software engineering skills, proficiency in Python, and experience with ML-related code such as PyTorch and NumPy are required. Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, post-training LLMs (SFT, PEFT, or RL*), and building synthetic data generation pipelines is also necessary.
The Member of Technical Staff will design and develop novel agentic solutions, aiming to improve state-of-the-art performance on challenging agentic tasks. Responsibilities include researching next-generation online learning-from-experience self-improvement techniques and collaborating with partner teams to enhance agentic system performance. The role involves working with a team of researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of AI.
