Requirements

Student in final year of studies from business school, engineering school, IEP, or university with a strong interest in IT transformation
Diplomatic with excellent interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with various levels of interlocutors
Enthusiastic, dynamic, involved, entrepreneurial mindset, and good level of autonomy
Proactive, force of proposal, and committed to respecting engagements
Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent formalization abilities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Good level of oral and written English

Responsibilities

Assistance to project ownership in the evolution of business functions and IT systems
Preliminary studies, needs expression, assistance in solution selection, development of functional specifications, test phase strategy and execution, user support
Improvement of performance management (organization, processes, tools) and optimization of management cycles (budgeting & forecasting)
Assistance in project management
Coordination and management of workstreams
Monitoring of risks, budget, and resources
Reporting and optimization of project portfolio
Strong participation in the internal life of the firm
