Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering principles and hands-on knowledge of evolving technical programs

Responsibilities

Program Planning & Design: Assist in conceptualizing program objectives, defining scope, and ensuring designs meet technical requirements, team needs and company standards
Resource Management: Coordinate personnel to ensure efficient project execution
Quality Control: Perform customer journeys, prepare executive readouts, and ensure the final programs meet specifications
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with security program manager, supervisors, and other engineers to execute and document programs effectively
Problem-Solving: Contribute to identifying obstacles, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop innovative solutions
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation drafts, updates and stakeholder presentations
