Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or internal IT management for teams of 50-200+ employees
  • Comfortable troubleshooting macOS and Windows laptops, VPN, and SaaS applications
  • Familiar with device management
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, SSO, and identity management
  • Excellent communicator — calm, clear, and friendly when solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Liatrio laptops and hardware — purchasing, imaging, shipping, and reclaiming devices as employees join or leave
  • Configure and maintain macOS and Windows devices using MDM solutions
  • Set up new hires with the right accounts, permissions, and tools before their first day
  • Troubleshoot across multiple systems: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and more
  • Administer and maintain internal SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Monitor for inactive accounts, license waste, or access anomolies
  • Develop and implement backup and restoration plans as appropriate
  • Monitor for software updates and push them via MDM or remote management tools
  • Assist with periodic security audits and compliance checks
  • Coordinate with external vendors for warranty or hardware service needs
  • Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using scripting or workflow tools
  • Provide fast, empathetic, and clear support via Slack, Zoom, or ticketing tools
